Product Warranty

Vanilla Frosting will provide a full inspection of the product prior to shipment. Faulty products will be accepted within 20 days of receipt of goods and based on inspection by Vanilla Frosting a refund may be issue. Vanilla Frosting will not refund product based on normal wear and tear. Vanilla Frosting will only issue an exchange or credit on goods within 5 days of delivery if change of mind.

Privacy Policy

We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy. We value your privacy and will not use your details for unintended use and will not sell your personal details to third parties for their own use.

For any orders we require certain details in order to properly process. However we may be required to pass on your information under applicable laws and lawful government requests. Use of this Website

In order to place an order, you are required to register some of your details on to the Vanilla Frosting website. Registration requirements may change without notice. Any information provided must be true, accurate and current and all required forms must be filled. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase. We are unable to apply a promotional code to an existing order in retrospect. Promotional codes have issue and end dates. You must use your promotional code within the specified timeframe.

The sizing chart provided is simply a guide; Vanilla Frosting takes no responsibility in the variation of sizes.

Delivery
