For change of mind returns, an exchange in product or Credit will be issued. Change of mind purchases will only be accepted within 5 days of receipt of goods. Jewellery must be unworn to exchange.
Returns as a result of faulty product may be refunded. Return on Faulty products will be accepted within 20 days of receipt of goods.
All goods will be carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Please note if you wish to return product only limited stock is carried therefore an exchange in size may not be possible.
All goods must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. A return request form must be submited via the website and included in the returned package. Vanilla Frosting will not exchange goods based on normal wear and tear of goods.
Vanilla Frosting will not accept exchanges for goods on sale.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail on the action taken in regards to your product once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of Australia Post, all weights will be rounded up according to Australia Post requirements.
